Productivity is the result of improving the excellence of every jobs we do, thereby eliminating waste and providing our customers with world-class products and services.

Inventory is "piles of money" on the shelf.  First it is the cost-to-order, then it is cost-to-keep.

Marketing is about what people buy, not what you sell.   Sales is the result of marketing.

If customers are not RIGHT.  What is LEFT ?

The Commander stands for the virtues of wisdom, sincerely, benevolence, courage and strictness.

Carefully compare the opposing army with your own, so that you may know where strength is superabundant and where it is deficient.

....Sun Tzu - The Art of War

"The most important, and indeed the truly unique, contribution of management in the 20th century was the fifty-fold increase in the productivity of the MANUAL WORKER in manufacturing. The most important contribution management needs to make in the 21st century is similarly to increase the productivity of KNOWLEDGE WORK and the KNOWLEDGE WORKER."

"In the knowledge society the most probable assumption and certainly the assumption on which all organizations have to conduct their affairs is that they need the knowledge worker far more than the knowledge worker needs them."

"A manager is responsible for the application and performance of knowledge."

....Peter F. Drucker - American Management Consultant

WHAT DO YOUR CUSTOMER WANTS? Every customer wants is VALUE.   Value for QUALITY and RELIABILITY
  at a REASONABLE price.

No customers means no business.
No business means no jobs.

"Satisfying customers is the only reason
we're in business"...John A. Young
Don't ever forget it... Thomas Tan

CUSTOMERS.....WHO ARE THEY? Customers are most important people in any business.
They don't depend upon us.  WE depend on THEM.
Customers are people who come to us with their needs
  and wants.
It is our job to fill them.
Customers are part of our business.
  They are not outsiders.
Customers are doing us a favour when they come to us.
We are not doing them a favour by serving them.
Customers are most valuable assets to every business.
Without them we would have to close our doors.
Don't ever forget it... Thomas Tan
